At ArtsHaze, all our art prints are made-to-order through a professional Print-on-Demand (POD) system. This means your product is uniquely produced just for you once your order is confirmed.

How Print-on-Demand Works for Shipping

To provide the fastest and most eco-friendly delivery possible, our POD partner automatically routes your order to the nearest print and fulfillment center based on your shipping address. This ensures your item is printed and shipped from the closest location, reducing transit time and carbon footprint.

Production Time

Please allow 3-7 business days for your custom print to be produced before it is shipped.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within the Netherlands & Belgium: 2-4 business days
  • Within the EU: 4-7 business days
  • International (Outside the EU): 7-14 business days, depending on customs and local postal services

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs clearance, holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on your location and order details and are calculated during checkout. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days at hello@artshaze.com with your order number and relevant details. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
