Returns & Refunds

At ArtsHaze, our art prints are produced exclusively on demand using a professional Print-on-Demand system. This means each product is unique and made specifically for you. Below you can read how we handle returns, cancellations, and complaints.
No Standard Right of Return
Because our products are custom-made, it is not possible to return items without a valid reason, such as “I don’t like it” or “I expected something else.” We fall under the exception to the right of withdrawal as stated in Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code (and similar regulations in the EU).
Solutions for Damage or Errors
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will of course provide an appropriate solution. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@artshaze.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the packaging
Based on the situation, we will offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A (partial) refund
Return Shipping Costs (If Applicable)
In the rare event that you need to return a product (e.g., after consultation with us), shipping costs will be covered by us only if the return is due to an error or damage on our part. In case of doubt, please contact us first!
No Cancellation After Ordering
Because production of your product begins immediately after payment, it is not possible to cancel your order. Please double-check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days after we have resolved the issue or received the returned product.
Please note that shipping costs and other fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product damage.
