How long does shipping take?

We usually ship your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location but typically take 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!

Can I request a custom print or personalized design?

We love creativity! While our current collections are ready-made, feel free to reach out via email if you have a special idea. We’ll let you know if a custom order is possible.

What is your return and refund policy?

Because we print on demand, we can only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Want to learn more?

How do I care for my print to keep it looking vibrant?

To keep your artwork looking fresh, avoid direct sunlight and humid areas. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth, no cleaning sprays or water needed!

Where do you ship from?

We work with a global print-on-demand partner. Your print will be produced and shipped from the facility closest to your location, reducing both delivery times and environmental impact.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

What materials are the prints made of?

All Artshaze prints are made using premium-quality materials: either thick fine art paper with a smooth matte finish or a lighter paper with a semi-glossy sheen. You can find detailed information about the specific paper used in the product description of each print. All prints are designed to be long-lasting and resistant to fading over time.

Are prints sold with or without frames?

Our prints are currently sold unframed unless stated otherwise. This gives you the freedom to choose a frame that fits your personal interior style.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren't always possible. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

We're so sorry your order didn’t arrive as expected. Please email us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We’ll review your case and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

We strive for accurate color representation, but small differences can occur due to screen settings and lighting. Rest assured, your print will look just as beautiful in real life.

Do you offer gift cards?
